How to Access Your Invoices and Payment History

You can view your full transaction history and download invoices at any time from your StagerAI account.
  1. Log in to your StagerAI account.
  1. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select "Account" from the dropdown menu.
  1. On this page, look for a link or button that says "Manage Plan".
  1. Clicking this link will securely redirect you to your personalized billing portal, managed by Paddle. Here you will find a list of all your past transactions.

Understanding Your Stagerai Invoice

When you open an invoice, you will see several key pieces of information. Here’s what they mean:
  • Invoice Number & Date: A unique identifier for your payment and the date the transaction was processed.
  • Billed To: The name and email address associated with your Stagerai account.
  • Supplier / Merchant: You will see Paddle.com Inc. listed as the supplier. This is normal. As our Merchant of Record, Paddle is the entity that officially bills you.
  • Product Description: This line item will describe your purchase, for example, Stagerai - Pro Plan (Monthly)
  • Sales Tax / VAT: Paddle automatically calculates and applies the correct sales tax (like VAT) based on your location. This ensures all transactions are compliant with local tax regulations.
  • Total Amount: The final amount charged to your payment method.
  • Payment Method: The type of card and the last four digits (e.g., Visa ending in 1234).

What You'll See on Your Bank/Credit Card Statement

This is a very important point. Because Paddle is our official payment partner, the charge on your statement will not appear as "Stagerai." Instead, it will look something like this:

Seeing "PADDLE.NET" is the correct and expected descriptor for your StagerAI subscription or purchase.

How to Download a PDF Invoice for Your Records

For accounting or expense reporting, you may need a PDF copy of your invoice.
  1. Navigate to your Billing History page (as described in the first section).
  1. You will see a list of your past payments.
  1. Next to each transaction, click on "View Invoice" or look for a download icon (📥). This will open the invoice in a new tab, where you can save or print it.
