How to Cancel Your Subscription (Android, iOS, or Paddle.com)

We understand that sometimes you need to cancel your subscription — whether you're taking a break or simply no longer need the service. The cancellation process depends on how you originally subscribed: through an Android device, an iOS device, or via our website using Paddle.com.

Below are step-by-step instructions for each platform.

🔹 If You Subscribed on Android (Google Play)

Your subscription is managed through your Google Play account.

Steps:

Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.

Tap your profile icon (top-right corner).

Go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

Find our app in the list and tap on it.

Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.

📌 Note: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

🔹 If You Subscribed on iPhone or iPad (Apple App Store)

Apple handles all subscription billing for App Store purchases.

Steps:

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

Tap your name at the top (Apple ID).

Select Subscriptions.

Find our app in the list and tap on it.

Tap Cancel Subscription.

📌 Tip: You’ll still have access until the end of your current billing cycle.

🔹 If You Subscribed via Our Website (Paddle.com)

If you signed up through our website, your subscription is managed by Paddle.com, our secure payment partner.

Steps:

Search for the confirmation email from Paddle titled "Your [App Name] receipt".

Open the email and click the link that says "Manage Subscription".

You'll be taken to a customer portal where you can cancel or modify your subscription.

If you can't find the email, you can also:

Visit Paddle's Subscription Lookup Tool and enter your email address to retrieve your subscription.
